QUESTION 1: What are your XL ear cuff's metal?

Answer: I get them from various sources.  But I've received the answer as brass metal alloy.

QUESTION 2: I have a nickel allergy.  Will it get triggered when wearing your XL ear cuffs?

Answer:  No.  Because of the plating on top of the metal alloy, you won't trigger the nickel allergy.

QUESTION 3: How do I wear your XL or wire ear cuffs?

Answer: You hang it at the top of your ear and then hide it behind the "flap of your ear".  Here is a video that I created showing how to put them on.

QUESTION 4: Do you do refunds?

Answer: I don't do refunds online.  But at an event, yes I will do a refund.

QUESTION 4A: Why do you only do refunds in person?

Answer: I like to understand what happened with the product and see if there is something that I can do to ensure a proper shopping experience with my Brand.  This also prevents fraud.

QUESTION 4B: If I purchased something online from you, came to an event you are attending, can I get a refund this way?

Answer: Yes.  Because I package everything myself and can pull up your information to clarify that the product was created by me, I can do a return in person.  Just not over the internet.

QUESTION 5: Is it possible to get the "at-event discount" online?

Answer:  At events I want to do something special for the attendees.  No, I will not be doing specials unless stated otherwise. Feel free to reach out if you did attend an event and you want to get it again.  I will require proof of attendance and ticket purchase.

QUESTION 6: Where do you source your materials from?

Answer: I like to source my products from a variety of sources, including old jewelry and materials that I own, thrift stores, Panduro, Søstrene Grene, Pandahall, and Temu. I try to be as sustainable as possible by purchasing only in large quantities and using as much of an old piece that's in good condition. Sometimes I buy special materials during my holiday trips.

QUESTION 7: Can I ask for a commission?

Answer: Yes!  I can do commissions.  I do run out of beads and charms.  So certain things cannot be replicated. Reach out on my .:Contact Us:. page or on social media to discuss custom pieces.

QUESTION 8: Why do you only make 1 piece and not matching sets?

Answer:  Because of the nature of how I procure raw materials, sometimes I can't create a second identical piece.  I do try to make "sibling" pairs.

QUESTION 9: Will you be at "this" event?

Answer: I try to list my up-coming events on my social media pages as soon as I am confirmed.  I am currently working on a mailing list to update on my future locations.
You can also message me on social media or email to see if I will be attending certain future events.
Feel free to reach out to your convention/event to ask them to host me. It never hurts to show that you're interested in having me vend at a certain event.

QUESTION 10: Is it okay for me to take pictures?

Answer: Yes!  I love it when people take pictures of my work. Make sure to take a business card or hold a business card when taking the photo so you know who took them.

QUESTION 11: This looks like something I've seen on Temu/AliExpress/Wish/Shein.  Are you a reseller?

Answer: No.  I design some items in China and have them manufactured but my jewelry and some other designs are handmade.  You can check out some of the creations when I post them online on my social media outlets. I do source my raw materials from different sources, that's probably why it looks familiar.  Sometimes I do minor fixes and alterations to my jewelry during events.  This is also why I always ask if customers want a recommendation as I've created everything, so I'll try to pair unique pieces for the right person.
