Refund policy

If the product breaks within 2 weeks of purchase, send an email to BunnyOvertheMoon@store with purchase number, images of the item, and we will work with you to fix it.

If the customer wants to refund their purchase, please do that within 14 days (2 weeks) of purchase.  No refunds will be given after the 14 day (2 week) window.

If the product is over 2 weeks of purchase we do not accept the refund or return.
