This wire ear cuff has a heart with a spike along with two dangling stars.

Wrap wire ear cuffs are non-piercing. They hang from the top and fall behind the ear.

This is a handmade item from Denmark.

Fun Fact: I had a hard time naming this piece.  It's so cute, you'd think I'd have an easy time making a name for it.
