This is a silver wire ear cuff. There are three slots for adornments: the top slot has a moon charm and the bottom two slots have chains with rabbit charms on them.
This is a handmade item in Denmark.
Fun Fact: This design is inspired by the white rabbit from Alice in Wonderland.
