XL-SM-118 Neon Craze

This ear cuff has a silver base. There are 3 hand-beaded eye-pins with a variety of pastel and neon beads.  There are 2 silver charms and a moon charm.

Fun Fact:  I saw in my beads stash that I had so many neon and pastel colors.  I wanted to combine them to make a pretty unique look.
