This is a silver wire ear cuff. There are three slots for adornments: the top slot has a star. The bottom two slots has a moon charm and a chain with two stars.
This is a handmade item in Denmark.
Fun Fact: It was thought that people who liked the moon were crazy so they were dubbed Lunatics.
